Nous regrettons de vous annoncer le décès d’Irène Thibeault le dimanche 2 avril à l’Hôpital Sensenbrenner à l'âge de 76 ans. Elle fut membre de l’auxiliaire de l’Hôpital Sensenbrenner et la Légion royale canadienne. Elee aimait faire des casse-tête, de la lecture, bricoler des poupées et être entourée de ses petits-enfants et arrière-petits-enfants. Elle laisse dans le deuil ses enfants, Serge (Christine), Shirley Lincez (Mickey) et Réjean (Judy) de Kapuskasing, Suzette Carrier (Robert) de Limoges et Jacques (Marcelle) de Rockland, deux belles-filles, Barbara Parkinson (Paul) de Sturgeon Falls et Pauline Fontaine (Bill Stamp) de Thunder Bay, huit petits-enfants, Cody, Tyler, Nathalie, Marc, Shane, Patrick, Jérémie et Justin, 12 arrière-petits-enfants, ainsi qu’une sœur, Marlene Jarvis de Collingwood et un beau-frère, Gilles Dufresne de Kapuskasing. Elle fut prédécédée par ses époux, Rosaire Thibeault et Léopold Fontaine, une sœur, Aline Dufresne. Irene Thibeault reposera au Salon Funéraire Guenette le dimanche 9 avril de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h. La célébration eucharistique aura lieu le lundi 10 avril en l'église Immaculée-Conception à 10h00 avec le Père Gérald Chalifoux comme célébrant. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons à l’Association pulmonaire ou la Société canadienne du cancer. ©

We regret to announce the death of Irène Thibeault on Sunday, April 2 at Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 76. She was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Auxiliary and Sensenbrenner Hospital Auxiliary. She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, reading, making arts and crafts, especially dolls but her greatest joy was being surrounded by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her children, Serge (Christine), Shirley Lincez (Mickey) and Réjean (Judy) of Kapuskasing, Suzette Carrier (Robert) of Limoges and Jacques (Marcelle) of Rockland, two step-daughters, Barbara Parkinson (Paul) of Sturgeon Falls and Pauline Fontaine (Bill Stamp) of Thunder Bay, eight grandchildren, Cody, Tyler, Nathalie, Marc, Shane, Patrick, Jérémie and Justin, 12 great-grandchildren, as well as one sister, Marlene Jarvis of Collingwood and a brother-in-law, Gilles Dufresne of Kapuskasing. She was predeceased by her husbands, Rosaire Thibeault and Léopold Fontaine, one sister, Aline Dufresnes. Irène Thibeault will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Sunday, April 9th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, April 10th at Immaculée-Conception church at 10:00 a.m. with Father Gérald Chalifoux officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Lung Association or Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. ©
