Nous regrettons de vous annoncer le décès de Fernand Duhaime le dimanche 20 août à l’Hôpital Horizon Santé-Nord à Sudbury à l'âge de 70 ans. Il aimait passer du temps avec ses petits-enfants, travailler le bois et bretter dans son garage. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Gaby, ses enfants, Linda Desbiens (Stéphane) de Kapuskasing et Raymond de Sudbury, ses petits-enfants, Jonathan, Ashley, Nicholas, Miguel, Dylan et Abby, ainsi que ses frères et sœurs, Gérard (Rachelle), Jeannine Gallant (Marcel) de Kapuskasing, Pauline Larochelle d'Embrun, Diane Duhaime, Jean (Germaine) d'Ottawa, Cécile Bergeron (Marc) de Harty. Il fut prédécédé par ses frères et sœurs, Georgette Charpentier, Thérèse Girard et Yvette Duhaime. La célébration eucharistique aura lieu le jeudi 24 août en l'église Notre-Dame-des-Victoires à 14h00 avec le Père Hervé Sauvé comme célébrant. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons à la Fondation des maladies du cœur. ©

We regret to announce the death of Fernand Duhaime on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at Health Sciences North in Sudbury at the age of 70. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, woodworking and tinkering in his garage. He is survived by his wife Gaby, his children, Linda Desbiens (Stéphane) of Kapuskasing and Raymond of Sudbury, his grandchildren, Jonathan, Ashley, Nicholas, Miguel, Dylan and Abby, as well as his siblings, Gérard (Rachelle), Jeannine Gallant (Marcel) of Kapuskasing, Pauline Larochelle of Embrun, Diane Duhaime, Jean (Germaine) of Ottawa and Cécile Bergeron (Marc) of Harty. He was predeceased by his siblings, Georgette Charpentier, Thérèse Girard and Yvette Duhaime. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 24th at Notre-Dame-des-Victoires church at 2:00 p.m. with Father Hervé Sauvé officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. ©
