Nous regrettons de vous annoncer le décès d’Arthur Courchesne le mercredi 15 novembre à l’Hôpital Sensenbrenner à l'âge de 80 ans. Il aimait jouer aux quilles, voyager et travailler dans l’entreprise familiale The Brew Factory. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Lise, ses enfants, Michel (Cathy) de Kapuskasing et Richard (Diane) d'Orléans, un beau-fils, Terry Bernard, ses frères et sœur, Marie Ramsey (Vern) de Sudbury, Armand (Thérèse), Charlie de St. Catharines et Émile (Madeleine) de Châteauguay, ainsi que six petits-enfants, Eric, Luc, Alain, Kelsy, Derek et Mats. Il fut prédécédé par sa première épouse Claudette en 2008 et un frère Laurent.

Arthur Courchesne reposera au Salon Funéraire Guenette le dimanche 19 novembre de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h. La célébration eucharistique aura lieu le lundi 20 novembre en l'église Immaculée-Conception à 10h30 avec le Père Gilles Gosselin comme célébrant. L'inhumation suivra au cimetière de Kapuskasing. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons à la Société canadienne du cancer. ©



We regret to announce the death of Arthur Courchesne on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 80. He enjoyed bowling, travelling and working at the family business, The Brew Factory. He is survived by his wife Lise, his children, Michel (Cathy) of Kapuskasing and Richard (Diane) of Orleans, one step-son, Terry Bernard, his siblings, Marie Ramsey (Vern) of Sudbury, Armand (Thérèse), Charlie of St. Catharines and Émile (Madeleine) of Châteuguay, as well as six grandchildren, Eric, Luc, Alain, Kelsy, Derek and Mats. He was predeceased by his first wife Claudette in 2008 and a brother Laurent.

Arthur Courchesne will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Sunday, November 19th from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, November 20th at Immaculée-Conception church at 10:30 a.m. with Father Gilles Gosselin officiating. Burial to follow at the Kapuskasing Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. ©
