We regret to announce the death of Kenneth James Oldaker on January 15, 2018 at the age of 69. Ken was a well-known chiropractor, operating practices in Kapuskasing, Hearst, and Mattice for over 42 years. Prior to becoming a chiropractor, Ken served briefly as an elementary school teacher in Parry Sound. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

Ken will be greatly missed by his children: Michael Oldaker (Itanni Betancourt) of Toronto, Patricia Spade of Thunder Bay and Julie Tagi (Patrick) of Toronto; his beloved granddaughter, Bezhik Spade; as well as his brother and sisters: Jean Mannings (Tom), David Oldaker (Kathy), and Nancy Borne (Carl) all of Port Carling. He was predeceased by his wife Deborah; his son, Robby; and his parents, Richard and Evelyn Oldaker. Ken loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Ken will always be remembered for his service to family, patients, friends, and those in need.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 18 at 4:00 p.m. at the Abundant Life Christian Fellowship. As expressions of sympathy, and in lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Abundant Life Christian Fellowship.
