Nous regrettons de vous annoncer le décès de Maurice Fournier le samedi 13 avril 2013 à l'Hôpital Sensenbrenner à Kapuskasing à l'âge de 95 ans. Il était membre des Chevaliers de Colomb. Comme passe-temps, il aimait apporter sa famille camper. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse, Fernande; six enfants: Annette Fournier-Tremblay épouse de Maurice de Val-Rita, Rita Fournier amie de Sally Bellair de Sturgeon Falls, Paula Bartlett épouse de Don de Maple Ridge, BC, Madeleine Turcotte épouse de Marcel, Marcel époux d'Andrée et Bertrand époux de Shelly tous de Kapuskasing; une soeur: Gabrielle Gauthier de St-Jean-sur-Richelieu; deux belles-soeurs: Cécile Fournier de Kapuskasing et Béatrice Fournier de Cap-de-la-Madeleine; ainsi que neuf petits-enfants, quatre arrière-petits-enfants, et plusieurs neveux et nièces.

Maurice Fournier reposera au Salon Funéraire Guenette lundi de 19h à 21h. La Célébration Eucharistique aura lieu le mardi 16 avril, en l'église Immaculée-Conception à 15h00 avec Père Gilles Gosselin comme célébrant. L'inhumation aura lieu au Cimetière de Kapuskasing. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons à l’Hôpital Sensenbrenner. ©

We regret to announce the death of Maurice Fournier on April 13, 2013 at Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 95 years. He was a member of the Chevaliers de Colomb and in his spare time enjoyed taking his family camping. He is survived by his wife, Fernande; six children: Annette Fournier-Tremblay wife of Maurice of Val-Rita, Rita Fournier friend of Sally Bellair of Sturgeon Falls, Paula Bartlett wife of Don of Maple Ridge, BC, Madeleine Turcotte wife of Marcel, Marcel wife of Andrée and Bertrand wife of Shelly all of Kapuskasing; one sister: Gabrielle Gauthier of St-Jean-sur-Richelieu; two sisters-in-law: Cécile Fournier of Kapuskasing and Béatrice Fournier of Cap-de-la-Madeleine; as well as nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Maurice Fournier will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Monday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 16th at Immaculée-Conception church at 3:00 p.m. with Father Gilles Gosselin officiating. Burial will take place at the Kapuskasing Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Sensenbrenner Hospital would be greatly appreciated. ©
