We regret to announce the death of Gilles Sigouin on Monday, March 21, 2011 at the Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 54. He is survived by his wife Joanne of Kapuskasing, two sons, Kevin husband of Krysta and Patrick companion of Isabelle all of Kapuskasing, one sister, Jeannine Sigouin of Kapuskasing, one brother, André husband of Lyne of Kapuskasing, his in-laws, Aline and Réginald Guillemette of Kapuskasing, three sisters-in-law, Lina Charrette of Chelsey, Nicole Wilker wife of Dennis of Moonbeam and Doris Benoît wife of Bernard of North Bay, as well as two grandchildren, Alexandre and Audrey and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Rose and René Sigouin, one brother, Paul. Gilles Sigouin will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Tuesday March 22 from 7 to 9:00 p.m. and Wednesday beginning at 12:00 p.m. with the funeral service following at 3:00 p.m. at the Notre-Dame-des-Victoires church with Father Hervé Sauvé officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the École catholique Jacques-Cartier would be greatly appreciated.
