We regret to announce the death of Barbara Sutherland on Sunday, May 4, 2014 at Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 70. She enjoyed sewing, beadwork and playing cards. She is survived by her husband Robert of Moose Factory, three children, Maggie Williams, Sandra Sutherland (Walter Weistche) of Kapuskasing and Mark Williams (Sheila Shanush) of Moose Factory, two siblings, Emma Sutherland of Moosonee and James Williams of Constance Lake, four grandchildren, Thomas, Chase, Elena and Mark Jr. as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters, Christie Williams and Daisy Williams. Barbara Sutherland will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2 – 4 and 7 - 9. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 8th at St. Mark's Anglican at 10:30 a.m. with Reverend Valerie Isaac officiating. Spring burial to follow at the Kapuskasing Cemetery.
