Nous regrettons de vous annoncer le décès de Bruno Léonard le mercredi 15 janvier 2020 à l’Hôpital Sensenbrenner à l'âge de 59 ans. Comme passe-temps, Bruno aimait être en plein air, surtout aller camper, pêcher et chasser. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse, Mona; ses enfants : Tanya Savoie (Matthew) de Sarnia, Manon Isabelle (Maxime) de Val Rita, Joey Léonard, Jonathan Gaouette et Dylan Gaouette tous de Kapuskasing; cinq petits-enfants : Kaleb, Easton, Naomie, Yannik, et Ella; sa mère, Gertrude Lebrun (John Tremblay) de Russell; deux frères : Yves Léonard (Marie) de Timmins et Rémy Léonard d'Ottawa; et une sœur, N-Judith Léonard de Ripon, Québec. Il fut prédécédé par son père, Albert Léonard, et un frère, Donald.

La Célébration Eucharistique aura lieu le samedi 18 janvier à 12h00 en l'église Notre-Dame-des-Victoires avec Père Sébastien Groleau comme célébrant. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons à la Société canadienne du cancer. ©




We regret to announce the death of Bruno Léonard on January 15, 2020 at Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 59 years. In his spare time, Bruno enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially camping, fishing and hunting. He will be greatly missed by his wife, Mona; his children: Tanya Savoie (Matthew) of Sarnia, Manon Isabelle (Maxime) of Val Rita, Joey Léonard, Jonathan Gaouette and Dylan Gaouette all of Kapuskasing; five grandchildren: Kaleb, Easton, Naomie, Yannik, and Ella; his mother, Gertrude Lebrun (John Tremblay) of Russell; two brothers: Yves Léonard (Marie) of Timmins and Rémy Léonard of Ottawa, and one sister, N-Judith Léonard of Ripon, Québec. He was predeceased by his father, Albert Léonard, and one brother, Donald.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th at 12:00 p.m. at the Notre-Dame-des-Victoires church with Father Sébastien Groleau officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. ©
