Obituary for / Nécrologie pour Cécile Jeffries
We regret to announce the death of Cécile Jeffries, at the age of 74 years, on Saturday, September 17, 2022, at Extendicare Kapuskasing. She was a member of Hearst Kapuskasing and Smooth Rock Falls Counselling Services. In her spare time, Cécile enjoyed singing, dancing, writing, cooking, and attending church.
Cécile leaves in mourning her husband, Charlie; three children: Richard Robinson, Rhéal Jeffries and Stéphanie Robinson; three grandchildren: Michelle, Benjamin and Noah; as well as her siblings: Eugène Carrière, Gaëtan Carrière, Omer Carrière, Lionel Carrière, and Thérèse Glass. Cécile was predeceased by three sisters: Suzanne Lafrance, Gisèle Routhier and Pierrette Carrière; and two brothers: Maurice and Rhéal Carrière.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., at the Victory Freedom Centre. Burial will follow at the Val Rita Cemetery. The family would greatly appreciate donations to the Victory Freedom Centre as expressions of sympathy. ©

Elle fut membre des Services de counseling de Hearst, Kapuskasing et Smooth Rock Falls. Comme passe-temps, Cécile aimait chanter, danser, écrire, cuire, et aller à l’église.
Cécile laisse dans le deuil son époux, Charlie; trois enfants : Richard Robinson, Rhéal Jeffries, et Stéphanie Robinson; trois petits-enfants : Michelle, Benjamin, et Noah; ainsi que ses frères et sa sœur : Eugène Carrière, Gaëtan Carrière, Omer Carrière, Lionel Carrière, et Thérèse Glass.
Cécile fut prédécédée par trois sœurs : Suzanne Lafrance, Gisèle Routhier et Pierrette Carrière; et deux frères : Maurice et Rhéal Carrière.
La Célébration Eucharistique aura lieu le mercredi 21 septembre 2022, à 11h00, au Victory Freedom Centre. L’inhumation des cendres suivra au Cimetière de Val Rita. La famille sera très reconnaissante de dons au Victory Freedom Centre comme témoignages de sympathie. ©
