Nous regrettons de vous annoncer le décès de Claire Lamontagne le vendredi 12 juillet à l'Hôpital Sensenbrenner à l'âge de 87 ans. Elle fut employée comme secrétaire pour la Ferme expérimentale et l’École Jeanne-Mance pendant de nombreuses années. Membre des Filles d'Isabelle. Elle aimait jouer aux cartes, le piano et chanter. Elle laisse dans le deuil son époux Réal, ses enfants; Marc (Betty), Joëlle Lamontagne (Tom Lai) de Calgary et Michel (Lola) de Kapuskasing, une soeur; Lilianne Guenette de Kapuskasing, une belle-soeur; Rose Leblanc de Kapuskasing, ainsi que six petits-enfants; Hans, Jonah, Patrick, Marie-Pier, Anabelle et Christian, deux arrière-petits-enfants; Ren et Ava. Elle fut prédécédée par quatre frères; Wilfrid, Réal, Raymond et Jean-Marc Leblanc. Claire Lamontagne reposera au Salon Funéraire Guenette le mardi 16 juillet de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h. La célébration eucharistique aura lieu le mercredi 17 juillet en l'église Immaculée-Conception à 10h30 avec le Père Rémi Lessard comme célébrant. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons à l'Hôpital Sensenbrenner. ©

We regret to announce the death of Claire Lamontagne on Friday, July 12, 2019 at the Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 87. In her working years she was a secretary for the Experimental Farm and Jeanne-Mance primary school. She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella and enjoyed playing cards, the piano and singing. She is survived by her husband; Réal, her children; Marc (Betty), Joëlle Lamontagne (Tom Lai) of Calgary and Michel (Lola) of Kapuskasing, one sister; Lilianne Guenette of Kapuskasing, one sister-in-law; Rose Leblanc of Kapuskasing, as well as six grandchildren: Hans, Jonah, Patrick, Marie-Pier, Anabelle and Christian, two great-grandchildren: Ren and Ava. She was predeceased by four brothers: Wilfrid, Réal, Raymond and Jean-Marc Leblanc. Claire Lamontagne will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 16th from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 17th at the Immaculée-Conception church at 10:30 a.m. with Father Rémi Lessard officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Sensenbrenner Hospital would be greatly appreciated. ©
