We regret to announce the death of Clément Lachance on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at Extendicare Kapuskasing at the age of 81. He is survived by his wife Cécile Lachance of Kapuskasing; his four children: Monique Bouchard (Daniel) of Atlanta, Rachel Jaurequizuria (Richard) of Bradford, Lucie Galos (David) of Barrie and Yvon Lachance (Helen) of Petawawa; 11 siblings: Paul Emile Lachance (Lucille), André Lachance, Madeleine Roy (Réal) all of Hearst, Rita Fortin (Paul), Gertrude Veilleux and Agathe Veilleux all of Kapuskasing, Gaby Lachance of Vancouver, Gérard (Solange) of Whitefish, Cyprien (Régine) of Val-Côté, Germaine Paquette of Azilda and Marcel (Carmel) of Manitoba: 9 grand-children: Natalie Churney (Adam), Isabelle, André, Elodie, Philippe, Renée, Julie, Natasha and Michael, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Félix Lachance and Marie-Louise Morissette and his sister Jeanne D'Arc Charlebois. He enjoyed wood working, travelling and spending time with his family. Clément Lachance will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Saturday, March 15, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Immaculée-Conception church in Kapuskasing with Father Hervé Sauvé officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Extendicare Kapuskasing Residents' Fund would be greatly appreciated. ©

Il fut prédécédé par ses parents Félix Lachance et Marie-Louise Morissette, ainsi que sa soeur Jeanne D'Arc Charlebois. Il aimait travailler le bois, voyager et passer du temps avec sa famille. Clément Lachance reposera au Salon funéraire Guenette le samedi 15 mars 2014 à partir de 9h à 11h. Le service commémoratif aura lieu le samedi 15 mars 2014 en l'église Immaculée-Conception à Kapuskasing à 11h avec Père Hervé Sauvé comme célébrant. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante de dons au fond des résidents du foyer Extendicare Kapuskasing. ©
