Nous regrettons de vous annoncer le décès de Diana Jetté, à l'âge de 75 ans, le jeudi 20 avril 2023, à l’Hôpital Sensenbrenner, Kapuskasing. Diana aimait travailler dans la cour, le jardinage, s’occuper de ses plates-bandes de fleurs, faire de la chasse et la pêche, résoudre des casse-tête, tricoter, crocheter et broder.
Diana laisse dans le deuil son époux, Ronald, de Val-Rita; ses trois enfants : Jessica Jetté (Jim Crossman) du Nouveau-Brunswick, Ronald Jr. (Barb Walmsey) et Steven (Tracy) de Midland; cinq petits-enfants : Jonathan, Vanessa, Sam, Marg et Steven Jr.; ainsi qu'une sœur, Juanita Carrick (Jim) de la Nouvelle-Écosse.
Diana fut prédécédée par ses parents, Stanley et Mary Helmuth; deux sœurs : Carole Downie et Joanne Wysenburg; et un frère, Norm Helmuth.
La célébration eucharistique aura lieu le mercredi 26 avril 2023, à 11h00, en l'église Notre-Dame-des-Victoires, avec Père Gérald Chalifoux comme célébrant. L'inhumation suivra au cimetière de Val-Rita, le vendredi 28 avril à 11h00. La famille sera très reconnaissante de dons à la Société canadienne du cancer comme témoignages de sympathie. ©
We regret to announce the death of Diana Jetté, at the age of 75 years, on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at Sensenbrenner Hospital, Kapuskasing. Diana enjoyed working in the yard, gardening, tending to her flower beds, hunting, fishing, solving jigsaw puzzles, knitting, crochet and weaving.
Diana leaves in mourning her husband, Ronald, of Val Rita; her three children: Jessica Jetté (Jim Crossman) of Nouveau-Brunswick, Ronald Jr. (Barb Walmsey) and Steven (Tracy) of Midland; five grandchildren: Jonathan, Vanessa, Sam, Marg, and Steven Jr.; one sister: Juanita Carrick (Jim) of Nova Scotia.
Diana was predeceased by her parents, Stanley and Mary Helmuth; three siblings: Carole Downie, Joanne Wysenburg and Norm Helmuth.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 11:00 am, at Notre-Dame-des-Victoires church with Father Gérald Chalifoux officiating. Burial to follow at the Val Rita Cemetery, on Friday, April 28 at 11:00 a.m. The family would greatly appreciate donations to the Canadian Cancer Society as expressions of sympathy. ©
