We regret to announce the death of Elaine Caron on Sunday, December 15, 2013 at Health Sciences North in Sudbury at the age of 75. She was a member of the Silver Seniors. She enjoyed researching genealogy, spending time on her computer, reading and playing cards. She is survived by six boys, Mickey Leblanc, James Leblanc (Katherine) of Guelph, Michael Leblanc (Ellie) of Cambridge, Robert Leblanc of Kapuskasing, Patrick Leblanc (Shaunna) of Mississauga and Arthur Leblanc (Donna) of Brampton, four step-children, Roger Caron (Jane) of Port Rowan, Barry Caron (Emily), Graham Caron (Linda) and Betty-Anne Caron of Guelph, one sister, Louise Lemieux (Gaetan) of Mattice, one brother, Joseph Gendron of Guelph, as well as twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Lucien, one daughter, Jo-Anne Leblanc and two brothers, John Gendron and Eugene Gendron, as well as the father of her children, Maxim Leblanc. Elaine Caron will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 21st in the Chapel of the Guenette Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. with Father Hervé Sauvé officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Parkinson Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated. ©

Nous regrettons de vous annoncer le décès d’Elaine Caron le dimanche 15 décembre 2013 à l’hôpital Horizon Santé Nord à Sudbury à l'âge de 75 ans. Elle était membre des Silver Seniors. Elle aimait faire des recherches en généalogie, passer du temps à l’ordinateur, faire de la lecture et jouer aux cartes. Elle laisse dans le deuil six garçons, Mickey Leblanc, James Leblanc (Katherine) de Guelph, Michael Leblanc (Ellie) de Cambridge, Robert Leblanc de Kapuskasing, Patrick Leblanc (Shaunna) de Mississauga et Arthur Leblanc (Donna) de Brampton, quatre beaux-enfants, Roger Caron (Jane) de Port Rowan, Barry Caron (Emily), Graham Caron (Linda) et Betty-Anne Caron de Guelph, une soeur, Louise Lemieux (Gaëtan) de Mattice, un frère, Joseph Gendron de Guelph, ainsi que douze petits-enfants et quatre arrière petits-enfants. Elle fut prédécédée par son époux Lucien Caron, une fille, Jo-Anne Leblanc, deux frères, John Gendron et Eugène Gendron, ainsi que le père de ses enfants, Maxim Leblanc. Elaine Caron reposera au Salon Funéraire Guenette le vendredi 20 décembre de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h. Le service funéraire aura lieu le samedi 21 décembre dans la chapelle du Salon Funéraire Guenette à 10h30 avec le Père Hervé Sauvé comme célébrant. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons à la Société Parkinson Canada. ©
