Il est parti comme il a vécu… doucement.
C’est avec tristesse, mais surtout imbus d’une grande paix, que la famille annonce le décès d’Emery ‘Ti-Bé’ Ratté, à l’âge de 89 ans. Emery s’est envolé le 20 octobre 2022, entouré de ses proches.
Emery laisse dans le deuil son épouse, Henriette ‘Tetoune’ (Thibeault); ses enfants : Daniel (Carole Lepage), Lise Prevost (Marc), Lynn, Marc et Guy (Renata Manchak); ses petits-enfants : Jason Prevost (Isabelle Aubé), Roxanne Génier, Melo Prevost (Joël Parent et beau-fils Hayden), Maxine Génier et Mélissa Fay Lepage-Ratté; ainsi que deux arrière-petites-filles : Kaylee et Alexia Génier. Emery est allé retrouver son petit-fils, feu Shawn Ratté.
La célébration eucharistique aura lieu le samedi 5 novembre à 14h00 en l'église Immaculée-Conception avec le Père Rémi Lessard comme célébrant.
Les Ratté ont fait un don en son honneur à La cuisine Bedaine pleine, où un repas sera servi pendant la semaine de son anniversaire de naissance, en décembre. Emery était un homme qui se souciait toujours du bien-être des autres, et c’est dans cet esprit qu’on invite les gens à se joindre à nous en donnant au suivant.

It is with much sadness, but mostly in profound peace, that we announce the death of Emery “Ti-Bé” Ratté, at the age of 89 years. Emery left us on October 20, 2022, surrounded by his loved ones.
Emery leaves in mourning his wife, Henriette “Tetoune” (Thibeault); his children: Daniel (Carole Lepage), Lise Prevost (Marc), Lynn, Marc and Guy (Renata Manchak); his grandchildren Jason Prevost (Isabelle Aubé), Roxanne Génier, Melo Prevost (Joël Parent and stepson Hayden), Maxine Génier and Mélissa Fay Lepage-Ratté; as well as two great-granddaughters: Kaylee and Alexia Génier. Emery has gone to reunite with his late grandson, Shawn Ratté.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 5 at 2:00 p.m. at the Immaculée-Conception church with Father Rémi Lessard officiating.
The Rattés have made a donation to the Warm Belly Kitchen, and a meal will be served in his honour during the week of his birthday, in December. Emery was always concerned with the well-being of others, and we invite the community to pay this spirit forward.
