There will be a Memorial Service for Sister Enid Selke on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., at St. Patrick Parish, 8 Cedar Street, Kapuskasing. The Most Reverend Bishop Robert Bourgon, Bishop of the Diocese of Hearst, will be officiating along with Father Hervé Sauvé, St. Patrick’s Parish Priest.

Fellowship will follow in the Selke Centre Lounge following the Service. We invite you to gather together with us in love and friendship to celebrate the life of Sister Enid Selke.


Sister Enid died peacefully at the Sisters of St. Joseph Residence, 2 O’Connor Drive, Toronto, Ontario, December 17, 2018 in the 77th year of her religious life, at the age of 94 years. A mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, December 22, 2018, in the Chapel of the Sisters of St. Joseph Residence with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
