C’est avec grande tristesse que nous regrettons de vous annoncer le décès de Fernand Routhier, à l'âge de 88 ans, le jeudi 7 avril 2022, au Foyer Extendicare Kapuskasing. Fernand aimait le pleine air et jouer de son harmonica à bouche.
Fernand laisse dans le deuil son épouse, Carmelle, née Ward; ses enfants : Jacques (Patricia) d’Ottawa, Jules (Yolande) de Kapuskasing et Georges (Tina) d'Ottawa; grand-père de Patrick, Marielle, Richard, Renée, Stéphane, Eric et Mélanie; ainsi que ses arrière-petits-enfants : Thalia, Tayden, Emilie, Amelia et Théo.
Fernand fut prédécédé par ses parents, Aimé et Alice; ses frères et sœurs : Lucie, Éliane, Roland, Lucien, Rosaire; et son petit-fils Éric. Un service commémoratif aura lieu à une ultérieure. La famille sera très reconnaissante de dons au Fonds de loisirs des résidents du Foyer Extendicare comme témoignage de sympathie. ©
It is with great sadness that the family of Fernand Routhier announce his passing at the age of 88 years, on Thursday, April 7, 2022, at Extendicare Kapuskasing. Fernand enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid harmonica player.
Fernand is survived by his wife Carmelle, nee Ward; his children: Jacques (Patricia) of Ottawa, Jules (Yolande) of Kapuskasing and Georges (Tina) of Ottawa.
Proud grandpa of Patrick, Marielle, Richard, Renée, Stéphane, Eric and Mélanie; and great-grandpa to Thalia, Tayden, Emilie, Amelia and Théo.
He was predeceased by his parents, Aimé and Alice; his siblings: Lucie, Éliane, Roland, Lucien, Rosaire; and his grandson, Eric.
The funeral service will be held at a later date. The family would greatly appreciate donations to the Extendicare Kapuskasing Residents’ Fund as expressions of sympathy. ©
