Condolence: Condolences to the Harrison family, they were good neighbours of my parents (Fred & Daisy Taylor), and George will be long missed.

Condolence: My deepest sympathy to the Harrison family. It was wonderful to have known George Sr. He was a wonderful man with a wonderful smile. Continue to hold this in your hearts in the days ahead.

I am glad I was able to sit and speak with him after the Remembrance Day Ceremony this year. George will always have a special place in my heart. Condolence: My deepest sympathies to the family, George was such a nice gentlemen, I remember having a very bad and sad day at work, he took the time to talk to me and even brought me a small trinket to cheer me up, I carry it with me all the time,,,, I shall miss your smile my friend.

Condolence: My sincere condolences to the entire Harrison family. George and I worked together for awhile at the sawmill and I can honestly say he was quite the character. We've remained friends all these years and whenever I saw him he always had that wonderful smirk on his face to greet me. George was also responsible, utilising the Shriners, for making medical arrangements for my youngest daughter, when she was quite young,(and my wife), to travel to Montreal. I have always been eternally grateful for his caring demeanour.

Condolence: I am so sorry to hear about George. He was such a nice gentleman. I remember when I was working for Dr. Walker, that the chair that I was using, which had seen its better days, was worn out, he actually bought me a new one... I had tried to convince him that we could afford to get one - but he insisted and purchased a new one for me. That chair lasted 10 years. He was always a pleasant person and always smiling. He had a very deep voice and I could recognise his voice on the phone when he would call. He will be missed by many. Thanks for your service. Rest in peace George.
