We regret to announce the death of Jacqueline Demkiw at the age of 56 years, on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, at Extendicare Kapuskasing. Jackie was a kind-hearted person with an infectious smile who loved everyone. She so dearly loved her nieces and nephews as if they were her own. She enjoyed playing Bingo and knitting. Jacqueline is survived by her siblings: Armand (Sharron), Sylvio (Louise) of Chelmsford, Anilda Mazerolle (Jim) of Sudbury, Anita Enifer of Vancouver, Armande Bernard and Lilly Levesque (Réjean Brassard) of Kapuskasing; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, Elizabeth and Gervais Albert; one brother, John. A funeral service will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Extendicare Kapuskasing Residents’ Fund would be greatly appreciated. ©

Jackie fut une gentille personne qui aimait toutes les gens, avec son grand cœur et un sourire contagieux. Elle aimait ses nièces et neveux comme ses propres enfants. Elle aimait tricoter et jouer au Bingo.
Jacqueline laisse dans le deuil ses frères et sœurs : Armand (Sharron), Sylvio (Louise) de Chelmsford, Anilda Mazerolle (Jim) de Sudbury, Anita Enifer de Vancouver, Armande Bernard et Lilly Levesque (Réjean Brassard) de Kapuskasing; ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces. Elle fut prédécédée par ses parents, Elizabeth et Gervais Albert; et un frère, John. Un service funèbre aura lieu à une date ultérieure. La famille sera reconnaissante de dons au Fonds de loisirs des Résidents du Foyer Extendicare comme témoignage de sympathie. ©
