Nous regrettons de vous annoncer le décès de Jean-Claude Lauzon le mardi 29 mars 2016 à l’Hôpital Sensenbrenner à l'âge de 60 ans. Comme passe-temps, Jean-Claude aimait faire de la chasse, la pêche, et le camping. Il était un bon vivant qui aimait les réunions de familles et surtout agacer et taquiner ses amis et sa famille.

Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse, Huguette Jean; son fils, Maël conjoint de Hope Rouleau; un petit-fils qui arrive bientôt, Jay-Cee; sa mère, Gabrielle Lauzon (née Lebrun); un frère: Gaëtan époux de Violet de Calgary; trois soeurs: Michèle Lantin épouse de Jean-Pierre de Kapuskasing, Claudette Gaudreault épouse de Richard de Moonbeam, et Édith Lauzon Girard épouse de Romuald de Kapuskasing; ses beaux-frères: Normand Jean époux de Danielle Therrien de Kapuskasing, et Léon Nadeau époux de Marielle de White River; son beau-père, Médard Jean de Kapuskasing; sa filleule, Joëlle Cloutier de Moonbeam; son meilleur ami, Tanguy Levesque époux de Carole de Val-Rita; ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces. Il fut prédécédé par son père, Georges.

Jean-Claude Lauzon reposera à la salle paroissiale de Moonbeam vendredi de 14h à 16h et 19h à 21h. La Célébration Eucharistique aura lieu le samedi 2 avril à 10h30 en l'église Nativité-de-Marie avec Père Fernand Villeneuve comme célébrant. L'incinération suivra au Crématoire Hillcrest. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons au Disability Resource Centre for Independent Living. ©


We regret to announce the death of Jean-Claude Lauzon on March 29, 2016 at Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 60 years. In his spare time, Jean-Claude enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. He was full of life and loved family reunions, where he could often be found teasing friends and family.

He will be greatly missed by his wife, Huguette Jean; his son, Maël spouse of Hope Rouleau; one grandson who will arrive shortly, Jay-Cee; his mother, Gabrielle Lauzon (née Lebrun); one brother: Gaëtan husband of Violet of Calgary; three sisters: Michèle Lantin wife of Jean-Pierre of Kapuskasing, Claudette Gaudreault wife of Richard of Moonbeam, and Édith Lauzon Girard wife of Romuald of Kapuskasing; two brothers-in-law: Normand Jean husband of Danielle Therrien of Kapuskasing, and Léon Nadeau husband of Marielle of White River; his father-in-law, Médard Jean of Kapuskasing; his god-daughter, Joëlle Cloutier of Moonbeam; his best friend, Tanguy Levesque husband of Carole of Val-Rita; as well as many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his father, Georges.

Jean-Claude Lauzon will be resting at the Moonbean parish hall on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 2nd at 10:30 a.m. at Nativité-of-Marie with Father Fernand Villeneuve officiating. Cremation will follow at the Hillcrest Crematorium. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Disability Resource Centre for Independent Living would be greatly appreciated. ©
