C’est avec tristesse que nous annonçons le décès de Jean-Yves Aubertin le jeudi 12 mai à l'Hôpital Horizon Santé-Nord à l'âge de 57 ans. Il était un passionné de la chasse, la pêche et l'haltérophilie. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Lise Lamontagne d'Azilda, ses enfants, Shannon Durand (Alain) de Val-Rita, Jason (Amanda) de Sudbury, Mélanie Thomas (Roch) d'Alban et Alain Paquette d'Azilda, ses parents, Marie-Jeanne et Rémi de Harty, ses frères et soeurs, Joanne Aubertin (Richard Duguay) de Moonbeam, Bertrand (Hélène) de Val-Côté, Marie-Marthe Aubertin (David Longpré) de Kapuskasing, Richard (Cathy) de Hearst et Ghislain (Suzanne) de Harty, ses petits-enfants, Ashley, Jordan, Rya, Preston, Jacob et Jayce, son filleul, Steven, ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces. Jean-Yves Aubertin reposera au Salon Funéraire Guenette le mercredi 18 mai de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h. La célébration eucharistique aura lieu le jeudi 19 mai en l'église Notre-Dame-des-Victoires à 11h00 avec le Père Hervé Sauvé comme célébrant. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons à la Fondation des maladies du coeur. ©

We regret to announce the death of Jean-Yves Aubertin on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Health Sciences North in Sudbury at the age of 57. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and working out. He is survived by his wife Lise Lamontagne of Azilda, his children, Shannon Durand (Alain) of Val-Rita, Jason (Amanda) of Sudbury, Mélanie Thomas (Roch) of Alban and Alain Paquette of Azilda, his parents, Marie-Jeanne and Rémi of Harty, his siblings, Joanne Aubertin (Richard Duguay) of Moonbeam, Bertrand (Hélène) of Val-Côté, Marie-Marthe Aubertin (David Longpré) of Kapuskasing, Richard (Cathy) of Hearst and Ghislain (Suzanne) of Harty, his grandchildren, Ashley, Jordan, Rya, Preston, Jacob and Jayce, his godson , Steven, as well as many nieces and nephews. Jean-Yves Aubertin will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 18 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. The funeral service will follow on Thursday at the Notre-Dame-des-Victoires church at 11:00 a.m. with Father Hervé Sauvé officiating.
