Lawrence "Teeder"  Kennedy
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence “Teeder” Kennedy on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at the Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 87. In his younger days he was quite the ball player. He was an avid Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Blue Jays fan.
He is survived by his loving wife Grace; his children, Robert (Denise), John (Joanne) of Kapuskasing, Louise Kennedy of Sudbuy, Lynn Kennedy-Van Domelen (David) of London and Sandra Kennedy Rivard (Norm) of Aurora; eight grandchildren: Tracy, Ryan, Patrick, Jason, Jolene, Alyson, Nathan and Sheldon; five great-grandchildren: McKenzie, Noah, Colton, Cruz and Ryder; one brother, George Kennedy of Sudbury, as well as two sisters-in-law, Winnie of Pembroke and Sheila of Sudbury. He was predeceased by his daughter; Gail, seven siblings, Robert, Bill, Pearl Blakey, Grace Dickie, Maureen Lajeunesse and Jean Gregorich.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 21st at St. Patrick's church at 10:30 a.m. with Father Hervé Sauvé officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. ©

Nous regrettons de vous annoncer le décès de Lawrence ‘Teeder’ Kennedy le mercredi 15 juillet à l’Hôpital Sensenbrenner à l'âge de 87 ans. Dans son jeune âge, il était tout un joueur de balle. Il était un ardent partisan des Maple Leafs de Toronto et des Blue Jays de Toronto.
Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Grace; ses enfants, Robert (Denise), John (Joanne) de Kapuskasing, Louise Kennedy de Sudbuy, Lynn Kennedy-Van Domelin (David) de London et Sandra Kennedy Rivard (Norm) d’Aurora; huit petits-enfants: Tracy, Ryan, Patrick, Jason, Jolene, Alyson, Nathan et Sheldon; cinq arrière-petits-enfants: McKenzie, Noah, Colton, Cruz et Ryder; un frère, George Kennedy de Sudbury, ainsi que deux belles-soeurs, Winnie de Pembroke et Sheila de Sudbury. Il fut prédécédé par sa fille, Gail, sept frères et soeurs, Robert, Bill, Pearl Blakey, Grace Dickie, Maureen Lajeunesse et Jean Gregorich.
Un service commémoratif aura lieu le mardi 21 juillet en l'église St. Patrick à 10h30 avec le Père Hervé Sauvé comme célébrant. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons à la Fondation des maladies du cœur. ©
