Nous regrettons de vous annoncer le décès de Marguerite Ouellette le lundi 12 mai 2014 à l'Hôpital de Smooth Rock Falls à l'âge de 86 ans. Elle fut membre des Filles d'Isabelle, le Club de l'âge d'Or et la chorale de la paroisse Ste-Gertrude. Elle laisse dans le deuil deux enfants, Jacques (Brenda) de Marathon et Desneiges Landsverk de Longlac, deux soeurs, Patricia Mainville (André) de Strickland et Gisèle Peletier de Montréal, deux frères, Adrien Cloutier de Kapuskasing et Joseph Cloutier (Rollande) de Smooth Rock Falls, ainsi que neuf petits-enfants, Daniel, Jean-Guy, François, Martin, David, Myriam, Cassandra, Sabrina et Patricia, quatre arrière-petits-enfants, Naythaniel, Connor, Miley et Natasha. Elle fut prédécédée par son époux Charles-Henri Ouellette, deux frères, Gérard Cloutier et Roméo Cloutier. Marguerite Ouellette reposera à la salle paroissiale Ste-Gertrude le jeudi 15 mai de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h. La célébration eucharistique aura lieu le vendredi 16 mai en l'église Ste-Gertrude à 10h30 avec le Père Fernand Villeneuve comme célébrant. L'inhumation suivra au Cimetière de Strickland. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des offrandes de messes. We regret to announce the death of Marguerite Ouellette on Monday, May 12, 2014 at the Smooth Rock Falls Hospital at the age of 86. She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella, the Golden Age Club and choir member for many years. She is survived two children, Jacques (Brenda) of Marathon and Desneiges Landsverk of Longlac, four siblings, Patricia Mainville (André) of Strickland, Gisèle Peletier of Montreal, Adrien Cloutier of Kapuskasing and Joseph Cloutier (Rollande) of Smooth Rock Falls, as well as nine grandchildren, Daniel, Jean-Guy, François, Martin, David, Myriam, Cassandra, Sabrina and Patricia, four great grandchildren, Naythaniel, Connor, Miley and Natasha. She was predeceased by her husband Charles-Henri Ouellette, two brothers, Gérard Cloutier and Roméo Cloutier. Marguerite Ouellette will be resting at the Ste. Gertrude parish hall in Smooth Rock Falls on Thursday from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday, May 16th at Ste-Gertrude church at 10:30 a.m. with Father Fernand Villeneuve officiating.
