Obituary for Mary "Dolly" Dagg

Mary "Dolly"  Dagg
We regret to announce the death of Mary “Dolly” Dagg on November 24, 2018 at Smooth Rock Falls Hospital at the age of 86 years. She will be greatly missed by her husband, Ken; her children: Karen Wojtalik (Robert), Rick (May), Kathy Bernard (Marie-Louis) and Mike Dagg; ten grandchildren: Tyler Wojtalik, Dustin Wojtalik, Shawn Bernard, Mathew Bernard, Lisa Dagg, Meghan Dagg, Brandon Dagg, Zackary Dagg, Jeremy Dagg, and Melanie Younger; seven great-grandchildren: Brendon Dagg, Ella Dagg, Jaxon Dagg, Makalay Younger, Samual Younger, Mary Jane (MJ) Bernard, and Devon Dagg; as well as four sisters: Fran Robinson, Rosie Mott, Marg Featherstone, Dorothy Garbutt and one brother, Syd Ward. She was predeceased by one son, Ken; her parents: Lena and Fred Ward; her step-mother, Gert Ward; and one half-brother, Jack Ward.

Dolly will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Friday, November 30th beginning at 10:00 a.m. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.

Elle laisse dans le deuil son époux, Ken; ses enfants: Karen Wojtalik (Robert), Rick (May), Kathy Bernard (Marie-Louis) et Mike Dagg; dix petits-enfants: Tyler Wojtalik, Dustin Wojtalik, Shawn Bernard, Mathew Bernard, Lisa Dagg, Meghan Dagg, Brandon Dagg, Zackary Dagg, Jeremy Dagg, et Melanie Younger; sept arrière-petits-enfants: Brendon Dagg, Ella Dagg, Jaxon Dagg, Makalay Younger, Samual Younger, Mary Jane (MJ) Bernard et Devon Dagg; ainsi que quatre sœurs: Fran Robinson, Rosie Mott, Marg Featherstone, Dorothy Garbutt; et un frère, Syd Ward. Elle fut prédécédée par un fils, Ken; ses parents: Lena et Fred Ward; sa belle-mère, Gert Ward; et un demi-frère, Jack Ward.

Dolly reposera au Salon Funéraire Guenette le vendredi 30 novembre à partir de 10h00. Un service commémoratif suivra à 11h00 dans la chapelle du salon funéraire. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons à la Société canadienne du cancer ou la Fondation des maladies du cœur. ©
