Nous regrettons de vous annoncer le décès d’Émile Thériault le mardi 12 novembre 2013 à l’Hôpital Sensenbrenner à l'âge de 94 ans. Il venait de célébrer son 63e anniversaire de mariage. Il était un vétéran de la Deuxième Guerre mondiale et membre de La Forge. Il aimait jouer au cribbage et au snooker, aller à la chasse et à la pêche et faire du jardinage. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse, Simone, deux enfants, Carole Thériault (Alain Noël) de Kapuskasing et Dr Victor Thériault de la Louisiane, une petite-fille, Maxime (Michel Gendreau) et un arrière-petit-fils, Audric. Il fut prédécédé par plusieurs frères et sœurs. Émile Thériault reposera au Salon Funéraire Guenette le vendredi 15 novembre de 15h00 à 17h00. La célébration eucharistique aura lieu le samedi 16 novembre en l'église Immaculée-Conception à 13h00 avec le Père Gilles Gosselin comme célébrant. L'inhumation printanière suivra au cimetière de Kapuskasing. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons à l’Association pour l’intégration communautaire du district de Kapuskasing, la Société canadienne de la sclérose en plaques ou la Fondation des maladies du cœur. © www.guenettefuneral.com

We regret to announce the death of Émile Thériault at the age of 94 years, on Tuesday November 12, 2013, at Sensenbrenner Hospital. He had just celebrated his 63rd wedding anniversary. He was a veteran of the Second World War and a member of La Forge. He enjoyed playing cribbage and snooker, as well as hunting, fishing and gardening. He is survived by his wife Simone and two children: Carole Thériault (Alain Noël) of Kapuskasing and Dr. Victor Thériault of Louisiana, one granddaughter, Maxime (Michel Gendreau) and one great-grandson, Audric. He was predeceased by many brothers and sisters. Émile Thériault will rest at the Guenette Funeral Home on Friday, November 15, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 16, at Immaculate-Conception church, with Father Gilles Gosselin officiating. Internment in the Kapuskasing cemetery will take place in the spring.
