Nous regrettons de vous annoncer le décès de Pamphile Blanchard, le jeudi 22 février 2018 à l’Hôpital Sensenbrenner à l’âge de 83 ans. Il laisse dans le deuil ses beaux-enfants Michel Morin, Réal Morin et Liliane Morin (Dan) tous de Niagara Falls, ses sœurs, Sr Bibiane Blanchard d’Ottawa, Geneviève Lamarche (feu Bertin) de Moonbeam, ses petits-enfants Sonia Bateman (Chris), Andrée Mueller, Guylaine Gagnon, Daniel Morin et Lina Morin ainsi que ses arrière-petits-enfants, Jordynn, Ava, Emma, Cattabry et Noah, ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces: Lorraine Duguay (Jean-Charles) et feue Suzanne Cyr de New Port; Mario Lamarche (Carole), Joanne Doxtator, Murielle Hachez (Ghislain) et Jacinthe Lamarche (Brian), Bibiane Filion (André) et Dorianne Bérubé (Claude) de Moonbeam; Francine Gaudreault (Roger) de Fauquier; André Lamarche, Doris Fortin (Daniel) et Dorothée Filion de Kapuskasing; Nicole Lamarche et Sylvie McVicar (Neil) de Timmins; Gérard Chaleyssin (Patricia) de Port Burwell; Bernice Dion (Robin) de Jonquière. Il fut prédécédé par son épouse Fabiola Morin, ses parents Henri et Nathalie Blanchard ses frères et sœurs, Raphael, Lorenzo, Jean-Marie (feu Simone) et Noël, Annette Chaleyssin, Hortense Blanchard et Solange Lévesque (feu André).

Pamphile était un bûcheron et il aimait beaucoup la nature. En respectant les désirs de Pamphile, il n’y aura pas de service funéraire. Une célébration de vie privée de la famille aura lieu au cimetière de Moonbeam à une date ultérieure. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons à l’Hôpital Sensenbrenner. La famille aimerait remercier les médecins, les infirmières et tout le personnel de l’Hôpital pour les bons soins prodigués.

He is survived by his step-children, Michel Morin, Réal Morin and Liliane Morin (Dan) all from Niagara Falls; his sisters, Sr. Bibiane Blanchard of Ottawa and Geneviève Lamarche (late Bertin) of Moonbeam, his grandchildren Sonia Bateman (Chris), Andrée Mueller, Guylaine Gagnon, Daniel Morin and Lina Morin, his great-grandchildren Jordynn, Ava, Emma, Cattabry et Noah, as well as numerous nieces and nephews: Lorraine Duguay (Jean-Charles) and late Suzan Cyr of New Port; Mario Lamarche (Carole), Joanne Doxtator, Murielle Hachez (Ghislaine) and Jacinthe Lamarche (Brian), Bibiane Filion (André) and Dorianne Bérubé (Claude) of Moonbeam; Francine Gaudreault (Roger) of Fauquier; André Lamarche, Doris Fortin (Daniel) and Dorothée Filion of Kapuskasing, Nicole Lamarche and Sylvie McVicar (Neil) of Timmins; Gérard Chaleyssin (Patricia) of Port Burwell, Bernice Dion (Robin) of Jonquière. He was predeceased by his wife Fabiola Morin, his parents Henri and Nathalie Blanchard, his siblings, Raphael, Lorenzo, Jean-Marie (late Simone), Noël, Annette Chaleyssin, Hortense Blanchard and Solange Lévesque (late André).

Pamphile was a lumberjack throughout his life and he enjoyed being outdoors. Respecting Pamphile’s wishes, no funeral service will be held. A graveside service will be held at a later date at the Moonbeam cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Sensenbrenner Hospital would be greatly appreciated. The family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and staff of the hospital for the compassionate care that Pamphile received during his stay.
