We regret to announce the death of Paul Van Der Wouden on September 26, 2014 at Notre-Dame Hospital at the age of 70 years. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Rose; his children: Paul Woods husband of Sue of Beaton, Terry Woods of Toronto, Tiphany, Hillary and Quincy Van Der Wouden all of Kapuskasing; one step-son: James St-Louis husband of Kayla of Kingston; seven grandchildren: Brandon, John, Melody, Charlie-Doll, Blaze, Milo and Jaxin; four sisters: Lila Sterling of Hamilton, Yvonne Preston of New Market, Leona of Pembroke and Cookie of Salt Lake City; two brothers, Frank of Salt Lake City and Robert of California; and two aunts: Freddi and Reini of Vancouver. He was predeceased by one daughter, Whitney; and his mother, Patricia Van Der Wouden. Paul Van Der Wouden will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, September 29th at St-Patrick's church at 2:00 p.m. with Bishop Scott officiating. Burial will follow at the Kapuskasing Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. ©
