We regret to announce the death of Raymond Avery on April 8, 2020 at the Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 89 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed going for rides in the bush on his snow machine or ATV (four-wheeler) and cutting wood in his woodlot. Raymond enjoyed working around the house and, for many years, had a hobby farm.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years, June; one son: Richard (Hélène Dansereau) of Kapuskasing; three grandchildren: Tate, Candice and Holly; and three great-grandchildren: Tyson, Mason, and Bruin. He was predeceased by one son, Robert; his parents, Eliza and Wilber; and one brother, Gordon.

Due to circumstances related to COVID-19, funeral services will be held at a late. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be greatly appreciated. ©



Nous regrettons de vous annoncer le décès de Raymond Avery le mercredi 8 avril 2020 à l’Hôpital Sensenbrenner à l'âge de 89 ans. Comme passe-temps, il aimait se promener dans la forêt, en motoneige ou sur son VTT (« quatre roues »), ainsi que bûcher du bois dans son terrain boisé. Raymond aimait travailler également autour de la maison et possédait une ferme de plaisance pendant plusieurs années.

Il laisse pour pleurer sa perte son épouse depuis 66 ans, June; un fils Richard (Hélène Dansereau) de Kapuskasing; trois petits-enfants: Tate, Candice et Holly; et trois arrière-petits-enfants: Tyson, Mason, et Bruin. Il fut prédécédé par un fils, Robert; ses parents Eliza et Wilber; et un frère, Gordon.

En raison des circonstances liées au COVID-19, une célébration eucharistique aura lieu à une date ultérieure. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons à la Société Alzheimer. ©
