Nous regrettons de vous annoncer le décès de Roger Bergeron le dimanche 17 janvier 2016 à l'Hôpital de Smooth Rock Falls à l'âge de 62 ans. Il aimait jouer au curling et il fut membre des Chevaliers de Colomb. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Thérèse de Smooth Rock Falls, ses enfants, Chantal Boissonneault (Luc) de Moonbeam, Steve (Anne-Marie) d'Ottawa et Jenny Bergeron de Timmins, sa mère, Noëlla Vachon de La Sarre, quatre petits-enfants, Blane, Kade, Cameron et Roxanne, quatre frères, Réjean (Lise), Jean-Guy (Pierrette) de Smooth Rock Falls, Marcel (Rose-Ange) de Gatineau et Daniel de La Sarre, ainsi que plusieurs neveux, nièces, beaux-frères et belles-sœurs. Il fut prédécédé par son père Raoul et un frère Fernand. Roger Bergeron reposera à la Salle paroissiale Ste-Gertrude le jeudi 21 janvier de 14h à 16h, 19h à 21h et vendredi à partir de 9h. La célébration eucharistique aura lieu le vendredi 22 janvier en l'église Ste-Gertrude à 11h00 avec le Père Fernand Villeneuve comme célébrant. La famille désire remercier le Dr Turineck et le Dr Lebel, les employés de l'Hôpital de Smooth Rock Falls et de l'Hôpital de Timmins et du district pour les soins prodigués, les amis et la famille pour leur soutien inconditionnel. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons à l'Hôpital de Smooth Rock Falls. ©

We regret to announce the death of Roger Bergeron on Sunday, January 17, 2016 at Smooth Rock Falls Hospital at the age of 62. He enjoyed curling and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his wife Thérèse of Smooth Rock Falls, his children, Chantal Boissonneault (Luc) of Moonbeam, Steve (Anne-Marie) of Ottawa and Jenny Bergeron of Timmins, his mother, Noëlla Vachon of La Sarre, four grandchildren, Blane, Kade, Cameron and Roxanne, four brothers, Réjean (Lise), Jean-Guy (Pierrette) of Smooth Rock Falls, Marcel (Rose-Ange) of Gatineau and Daniel of La Sarre, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. He was predeceased by his father, Raoul and a brother Fernand. Roger Bergeron will be resting at the Sainte-Gertrude parish hall in Smooth Rock Falls on Thursday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. , Friday beginning at 9 a.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with Father Fernand Villeneuve officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Smooth Rock Falls Hospital would be greatly appreciated. The family would like to thank Drs. Turineck and Lebel, the staff at the Smooth Rock Falls Hospital and the Timmins and District Hospital for the exceptional care provided, as well as to family and friends for their support and assistance. ©
