Condolence: For so many years of my early childhood, your Mom was a shining star. Smiles, treats, fruit and hugs were always available when we walked by your home. So proud of her family, talented in her garden and warmness from her heart shared for all who would stop by to say Hi. The last time I saw Sonia was a couple years back on Nov 11 parade on Hwy 11. It was so cold and windy. Sonia stood tall and strong, smiling. I said Hi and introduced myself. She remembered YaYa, and told me she was missing her 'George'. I will miss both of you and will always see you on Rue De L'Etang. Thanks for allowing me to be a part of your beautiful family. Prayers for you all.

We occasionally met while walking our dog, and she liked petting our little dog. I still walk past her former home and think of her often!
