We regret to announce the death of Anne Ballantyne on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at the North Centennial Manor at the age of 89. She enjoyed curling, cooking and the company of her cats. She is survived by her children, Bob (Josée), Peggy Ballantyne of Kapuskasing, Barbara Williams of Ottawa, Carol Ballantyne of Toronto, her siblings, Eddy Panasuk of Kapuskasing and Helen Powell of Guelph, as well as nine grandchildren, Kristy, Paige, John, Milli, Peggy, Janin, Taylor, Daylan and Stefan, five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Ted. A graveside service was held at the Kapuskasing cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Animal Rescue of Kapuskasing or the Northern Corridor Children's Fund would be greatly appreciated. ©

Elle laisse dans le deuil ses enfants, Bob (Josée), Peggy Ballantyne de Kapuskasing, Barbara Williams d'Ottawa et Carol Ballantyne de Toronto, ses frères et soeurs, Eddy Panasuk de Kapuskasing et Helen Powell de Guelph, ainsi que neuf petits-enfants, Kristy, Paige, John, Milli, Peggy, Janin, Taylor, Daylan et Stefan, cinq arrière-petits-enfants. Elle fut prédécédée par son époux Ted. Un service privé aura lieu à une date ultérieure au cimetière de Kapuskasing. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons à Animal Rescue of Kapuskasing ou la Fondation des enfants du corridor du Nord ©
