Nous regrettons de vous annoncer le décès de Diane Babich, paisiblement le samedi 24 décembre à l’Hôpital Sensenbrenner avec son époux à son côté à l'âge de 76 ans. Elle aimait tisser et tricoter, la chasse, la pêche, le jardinage, la motoneige et jouer aux cartes. Elle laisse dans le deuil son époux Tony, ses enfants, Garry (Lynda) de St. Catharines et Rodney (Nancy) de North Bay, ses petits-fils, Ryan et Nicholas ainsi que ses frères et soeurs, Ghislain Dubé (Gisèle), Lorraine Dubé, Jocelyne Dubé, Égide Dubé (Louise), Normand Dubé (Monique), Gaëtane Dubé (André Côté) et Evelyne Aubé (feu Marc) Elle fut prédécédée par ses parents, Marguerite et Wilfrid Dubé, un frère, Jean-Guy Dubé. Diane Babich reposera au Salon Funéraire Guenette le vendredi 6 janvier de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h. La célébration eucharistique aura lieu le samedi 7 janvier à 10h30 en l’église Immaculée-Conception à avec le Père Gérald Chalifoux comme célébrant. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons à l’Hôpital Sensenbrenner. ©

We regret to announce the death of Diane Babich, peacefully on Saturday, December 24, 2016 with her husband at her side at the Sensenbrenner at the age of 76. She enjoyed weaving, knitting, hunting, fishing, gardening, snowmobiling and playing cards. She is survived by her husband Tony, her children, Garry (Lynda) of St. Catharines and Rodney (Nancy) of North Bay, two grandsons, Ryan and Nicholas as well as seven siblings, Ghislain Dubé (Gisèle), Lorraine Dubé, Jocelyne Dubé, Égide Dubé (Louise), Normand Dubé (Monique), Gaëtane Dubé (André Côté) de Montréal et Evelyne Aubé ( feu Marc) de Casselman. She was predeceased by her parents, Marguerire and Wifrid Dubé, one brother, Jean-Guy Dubé. Diane Babich will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Friday, January 6 from 2 -4 and 7 – 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held Saturday, January 7 at 10:30 a.m. at the Immaculée-Conception church with Father Gérald Chalifoux officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Sensenbrenner Hospital would be greatly appreciated. ©
