Obituary for Gabriel "Gaby" Morin

Gabriel "Gaby"  Morin
C’est avec grand regret que la famille annonce le décès soudain mais paisible de Gabriel (Gaby) à son domicile de Kapuskasing le 3 janvier 2014 à l’âge de 72 ans.
Il laisse pour pleurer sa perte sa fille chérie Susan Morin (Calgary) et sa mère Verna Robart (Timmins), ses sœurs bien-aimées Lina Larouche, Guylaine Deslauriers, Aurore Desbiens, Rose Drolet et ses précieux frères Albert, Raoul et Ronald Morin.
Il fut prédécédé par ses Helena et Ernest Morin de même que ses frères Jean-Guy, Claude, Gérard et Raymond Morin.
Gaby fut à l’emploi de la compagnie American Can/James River Marathon pendant plus de 20 ans.
Il aimait bien la vie et jouissait vraiment des jours passés à la pêche et la chasse ou de jouer au golf et au curling à Marathon, avant de prendre sa retraite dans sa ville natale de Kapuskasing.
La famille tiendra un service commémoratif privé à une date ultérieure.

The family announces with great sorrow Gaby’s sudden passing peacefully at home in Kapuskasing on Friday, January 3, 2014 at the age of 72.
Leaving behind his dear and beloved daughter Susan Morin (Calgary) and her mother Verna Robart (Timmins),
cherished sisters Lina Larouche, Guylaine Deslauriers, Aurore Desbiens, Rose Drolet and treasured brothers Albert, Raoul and Ronald Morin.
Predeceased by his parents Helena and Ernest Morin as well as his brothers Jean-Guy, Claude, Gerard and Raymond Morin.
Numerous nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law and his many, many friends will sadly miss him.
Gaby was employed by American Can/James River Marathon for over 20 years.
He was a lover of life and truly enjoyed his fishing, hunting, golfing and curling days in Marathon before retiring to his hometown of Kapuskasing.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
