We regret to announce the death of Gloria Leblanc on September 28, 2015 at Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 83 years. She was an accomplished world traveler, having visited many countries such as Poland, Austria, Tahiti, and Bermuda, but her favourite place to visit was Hawaii, having made the trip a total of six times. Gloria was known for her positive attitude and was a fighter, as was evident in the last months of her life. Many will know Gloria from the 36 years she worked at Spruce Falls as an executive secretary. Gloria had many friends and acquaintances who will miss her dearly. She was predeceased by her parents, Alice and Damien Leblanc.
Gloria will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd at Immaculée-Conception church at 1:00 p.m. with Father Gérald Chalifoux officiating. Burial will follow at the Kapuskasing Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated. ©

Elle était une voyageuse accomplie, ayant visité plusieurs pays comme la Pologne, l'Autriche, Tahiti, et les Bermudes, mais Hawaii était son lieu de visite préféré; elle l'a visité un total de six fois. Gloria était reconnue pour son attitude positive et elle était une personne combative, ce qui fut démontré lors de ses derniers mois. Plusieurs connaissaient Gloria de la Spruce Falls, où elle a travaillé pendant 36 ans comme secrétaire administrative. Gloria sera grandement manquée par ses nombreux amis. Elle fut prédécédée par ses parents, Alice et Damien Leblanc.
Gloria reposera au Salon Funéraire Guenette vendredi de 19h à 21h. La Célébration Eucharistique aura lieu le samedi 3 octobre, en l'église Immaculée-Conception à 13h00 avec Père Gérald Chalifoux comme célébrant. L'inhumation suivra au cimetière de Kapuskasing. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons à une oeuvre de bienfaisance de votre choix. ©
