We regret to announce the death of Heather LeBlanc on December 17, 2014 at Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 67 years. She loved camping, knitting and spending time with her beloved grandsons. She is also survived by her brothers Jim Church (Sharron) of Windsor, Wayne Church (Carol) and Rick Church (Jane) both of Chatham, Ontario as well as her sister Laurie Bernier (Luc), also of Chatham, Ontario. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents May and Nellie Church. Cremation was held at the Hillcrest Crematorium. At Heather’s request, there will be no funeral or visitation. A memorial may be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy donations to Covenant House or the Salvation Army would be greatly appreciated. The family would like to thank Dr. Julie Boucher and Dr. Dan Boucher for their excellent care. Their knowledge, thoughtfulness and compassion will never be forgotten.
