Nous regrettons de vous annoncer le décès de Jean-Guy Godin le jeudi 13 février à l'Hôpital Sensenbrenner à l'âge de 72 ans. Il aimait la chasse, la pêche, ses cheveaux, jouer au hockey et baseball. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Marie, deux enfants, Paul époux de Nathalie et Marielle Godin de Moonbeam, cinq petites-filles, Mariève, Amélie, Janick, Geneviève et Caroline. Jean-Guy Godin reposera au Salon Funéraire Guenette le dimanche 16 février de 19h à 21h. La célébration eucharistique aura lieu le lundi 17 février en l'église Nativité-de-Marie à 10h30 avec le Père Fernand Villeneuve comme célébrant. L'inhumation printanière suivra au cimetière de Moonbeam. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons l’Association canadienne du diabète. © www.guenettefuneral.com

We regret to announce the death of Jean-Guy Godin on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 72. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing hockey, baseball and taking care of his horses. He is survived by his wife Marie, two children, Paul husband of Nathalie and Marielle Godin of Moonbeam, five granddaughters, Mariève, Amélie, Janick, Geneviève and Caroline. Jean-Guy Godin will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Sunday from 7 – 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, February 17th at Nativité-de-Marie church in Moonbeam at 10:30 a.m. with Father Fernand Villeneuve officiating. Spring burial to follow at the Moonbeam cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated. © www.guenettefuneral.com
