Nous regrettons de vous annoncer le décès de Lise Potvin le mardi 22 décembre 2015 à l'Hôpital St Michael à Toronto à l'âge de 62 ans. Comme passe-temps, elle aimait le golf, le curling et aller en randonnées de bicyclette. Elle était aussi membre du Conseil d’administration des Services de Toxicomanie Cochrane-Nord et elle était une ancienne enseignante à l'École secondaire catholique de Hearst pendant 30 ans.

Elle laisse dans le deuil sa mère, Blandine de Val-Rita; sept frères: Jean-Yves conjoint de Béatrice de Val-Rita, Roland conjoint de Ria de Mount Forest, Gaston de Sudbury, Gabriel conjoint de Suzanne Bussière d'Orléans, Régis conjoint de Sylvie Pagé de Val-des-Monts, Michel conjoint de Solange Claude d'Orléans, et Mario conjoint d'Yvonne Dagenais de Kanata; sept soeurs: Yolande Bouchard de Fauquier, Réjeanne Vaillancourt conjointe Robert de Hearst, Suzanne Lavoie de Val-Rita, Rita Tousignant conjointe de Regent de Cochrane, Jacinthe Potvin de Gatineau, Marguerite Potvin de Gatineau et Véronique Couture conjointe de Jean-Pierre de Val-Rita, ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces. Elle fut prédécédée par son père, Edgar; une belle-soeur, Carole Potvin; et deux beaux-frères: Ange-Albert Bouchard, et Denis Lavoie.

Lise Potvin reposera au Salon Funéraire Guenette lundi de 14h à 16h et 19h à 21h. La Célébration Eucharistique aura lieu le mardi 29 décembre, en l'église Immaculée-Conception à 10h30 avec Père Gilles Gosselin comme célébrant. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons à la Fondation d'anévrisme cérébrale, la Société de leucémie et lymphome du Canada ou Épilepsie Ontario. ©



We regret to announce the death of Lise Potvin on December 22, 2015 at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto at the age of 62 years. In her spare time, she enjoyed golfing, curling, and going for bike rides. She was also a board member of North Cochrane Addiction Services and was a retired teacher from École secondaire catholique of Hearst, where she taught for 30 years.

She will be greatly missed by her mother, Blandine of Val-Rita; seven brothers: Jean-Yves spouse of Béatrice of Val-Rita, Roland spouse of Ria of Mount Forest, Gaston of Sudbury, Gabriel spouse of Suzanne Bussière of Orléans, Régis spouse of Sylvie Pagé of Val-des-Monts, Michel spouse of Solange Claude of Orléans, and Mario spouse of Yvonne Dagenais of Kanata; seven sisters: Yolande Bouchard of Fauquier, Réjeanne Vaillancourt spouse of Robert of Hearst, Suzanne Lavoie of Val-Rita, Rita Tousignant spouse of Regent of Cochrane, Jacinthe Potvin of Gatineau, Marguerite Potvin of Gatineau and Véronique Couture spouse of Jean-Pierre of Val-Rita; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father, Edgar; one sister-in-law, Carole Potvin; and two brothers-in-law: Ange-Albert Bouchard, and Denis Lavoie.

Lise Potvin will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 29th at Immaculée-Conception at 10:30 a.m. with Father Gilles Gosselin officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Brain Aneurysm Foundation of Canada, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada or Epilepsy Ontario would be greatly appreciated. ©
