We regret to announce the death of Margaret Fisher on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at the Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 95. In her younger years, she was very active at the Smooth Rock Falls United Church. She enjoyed quilting, baking and was very family orientated. She is survived by her children, Lorne (Annabelle) of Smooth Rock Falls, Peter (Susan), Anne Osborne (late Ron), Karin Roussy (Fern) of Kapuskasing, one brother, Tom Johnson (Ilda)of Woodbridge, one sister-in-law, Betty Johnson of Kapuskasing, as well as eleven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Leslie, one son, David, two brothers, Bill Johnson and Eric Johnson, and one sister, Ellen Jeffrey.

Margaret Fisher will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Tuesday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 21st at the Kapuskasing Community Church at 10:30 a.m. with Reverend James Ko officiating. Burial to follow at the Smooth Rock Falls Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated. ©
