Nous regrettons de vous annoncer le décès de Sylvie Lukowski le mardi 3 septembre 2019 à l’Hôpital Sensenbrenner à l'âge de 61 ans. Sylvie était une personne toujours positive qui aimait la vie. Elle était souriante, aimable, généreuse et toujours prête à aider les autres. Fière propriétaire de Lulu’s Restaurant, elle adorait cuisiner.

Elle laisse dans le deuil son époux, John; ses enfants : Derek (Michelle Guindon) de Hearst, et Jennyfer Lukowski (Claude Boivin) de Kapuskasing; deux petits-enfants : Anne Lukowski et Kayden Dinnissen; sa mère, Lucie Della Pieta de Moonbeam; un frère, Jacques Della Pieta (Suzanne) de Moonbeam; et trois sœurs : Adeline Bédard (Michel), Christine Fraser (Pierre) tous de Moonbeam, et Nancy Della Pieta (Pierre Lalonde) de Gatineau; ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces. Elle fut prédécédée par un petit-fils, Alexandre Lukowski; et son père, Livio Della Pieta.

La Célébration Eucharistique aura lieu le samedi 7 septembre à 10h30 en l'église Immaculée-Conception avec Père Gérald Chalifoux comme célébrant. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons au Refuge d’Animaux de Kapuskasing (chèques payables à Animal Rescue Kapuskasing, 108 av. Byng, Kapuskasing, ON P5N 1X2). ©



We regret to announce the death of Sylvie Lukowski on September 3, 2019 at Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 61 years. Sylvie was always positive and loved life. She was friendly, loving, always smiling, generous, and ready to help others. She loved to cook and was the proud owner of Lulu’s Restaurant.

She will be greatly missed by her husband, John; her children: Derek (Michelle Guindon) of Hearst, and Jennyfer Lukowski (Claude Boivin) of Kapuskasing; two grandchildren: Anne Lukowski and Kayden Dinnissen; her mother, Lucie Della Pieta of Moonbeam; her siblings: Jacques Della Pieta (Suzanne), Adeline Bédard (Michel), Christine Fraser (Pierre) all of Moonbeam, and Nancy Della Pieta (Pierre Lalonde) of Gatineau; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one grandson, Alexandre Lukowski; and her father, Livio Della Pieta.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 7th at 10:30 a.m. at the Immaculée-Conception church with Father Gérald Chalifoux officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Animal Rescue of Kapuskasing (cheques payable to Animal Rescue Kapuskasing, 108 Byng Ave., Kapuskasing, ON P5N 1X2) would be greatly appreciated. ©
