C'est avec tristesse que la famille annonce le décès d'Yvon Pominville le mardi 9 juin 2015 à l'âge de 42 ans. Il était davantage heureux quand il était entouré de sa famille aimante. Il prenait plaisir à faire des excursions en véhicule tout terrain et en motoneige, ainsi que faire l’entretien de son camion. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Jennifer Poisson, ses enfants, Joël, Éric et Blayre de Kapuskasing, une petite-fille qui arrive au mois de juillet, ses frères et soeurs, Bernard (Nicole), Lysa Pominville (Bruce Hayter) de Hearst, Sylvio (Line Haché) de Sudbury et Sylvie Pominville (Gérard Lévesque) de Moosonee, ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces. Il fut prédécédé par ses parents, Joseph et Jeanne D'Arc. Yvon Pominville reposera au Salon Funéraire Guenette le dimanche14 juin de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h. La célébration eucharistique aura lieu le lundi 15 juin en l'église Immaculée-Conception à 10h30 avec le Père Gérald Chalifoux comme célébrant. L'inhumation suivra au cimetière de Kapuskasing. Comme témoignage de sympathie, la famille sera reconnaissante des dons à la Fondation des maladies du coeur. ©

With heavy hearts we announce the death of Yvon Pominville on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at the age of 42. Yvon was most happy when he was surrounded by his loving family. He enjoyed 4 wheeling, snowmobiling and maintaining his truck. He is survived by his wife Jennifer Poisson, his children, Joël, Éric and Blayre of Kapuskasing, one granddaughter arriving in July, his siblings, Bernard (Nicole), Lysa Pominville (Bruce Hayter) of Hearst, Sylvio (Line Haché) of Sudbury and Sylvie Pominville (Gérard Lévesque) of Moosonee, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Jeanne D'Arc. Yvon Pominville will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Sunday, June 14 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, June 15th at Immaculée-Conception church at 10:30 a.m. with Father Gérald Chalifoux officiating with the burial at the Kapuskasing Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. ©
