We regret to announce the death of Albert Richard on Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at Extendicare Kapuskasing on his birthday at the age of 81. He is survived by three daughters, Solange Richard of Fauquier, Yolande Lamontagne wife of Jules Routhier of Kapuskasing and Joanne Meilleur wife of Denis of Cochrane, four sons, Gilles husband of Micheline of Hearst, Yves husband of Angela of Beardmore, Robert husband of Pauline of Fauquier and Denis of Orillia, one sister, Rosée Leagault of Montreal, as well as twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was predeceased by one son, Claude, his parents, Marie-Louise and Philippe Richard, two sisters, Cora Haché and Yvonne Thibeault, two brothers, Armand Richard and Henri Richard. Albert Richard will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Friday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 21st at Ste-Agnes church in Fauquier at 2:00 p.m. with Father Jean-Guy Mailloux officiating. Burial to follow at the Fauquier cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be greatly appreciated.
