We regret to announce the death of Alice Benson on June 30, 2009 at Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 86 years. She is survived by three sons: Ron husband of Linda of Bonita Springs, FL, Danny husband of Darlene of Sturgeon Falls and Mark of Vancouver; as well as 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, Rolland; her two daughters: Georgette Donnelly and Gertrude Bizier; and three brothers: Roger, Delphis and Normand Lavigne. The funeral service will be held on Friday, July 3rd at St-Patrick's Church at 1:30 p.m. with Father Sébastien Groleau officiating. Burial will follow at the Kapuskasing Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
