We regret to announce the death of Carmen Losier on June 6, 2010 at Extendicare Nursing Home Kapuskasing at the age of 79 years. She is survived by 4 sons: Bruce husband of Louise, Fred husband of Doris, David husband of Joanne Beaudet all of Kapuskasing, Daniel husband of Kathy Camirand of Thunder Bay; 7 grandchildren: Danny, Ann-Louise, Michael, Kevin, Samantha, Frances and Brielle, 4 sisters: Diane Bourgon of London, ON, Judith Rouleau of Moonbeam, Michelle Leblanc, Rachelle Smith both of Guelph. Carmen Losier was predeceased by her husband Wilfred Losier, 1 daughter Francine Losier-Leblanc; her parents: Georges and Aldéa Poitras; 3 sisters and 5 brothers. She enjoyed weaving as well as giving of her time to the Action Center. Carmen Losier will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Friday June 11 2010 from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. The funeral service will be held on Saturday June 12th at Notre-Dame-des-Victoires at 10:00 AM with Father Louis-Philippe Belanger officiating . Cremation was held at the Hillcrest Crematorium. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Extendicare Kapuskasing Resident's Fund would be greatly appreciated.
