Passed away on November 12, 2001
We regret to announce the death of Charles D'Amours on Monday November 12 at the Sensenbrenner hospital at the age of 78. He is survived by his spouse; Hatty, four sons; Michel-Claude D'Amours husband of Yvette of Toronto, Ronald D'Amours of Moonbeam, Patrick Babineau of Ottawa and Mario Babineau husband of Dyane Leclerc of Gatineau, five daughters; Denise Lozier companion of Yvon of Kapuskasing, Julie Babineau of Sydney, Australia, Lise D' Amours of Jasper, Linda Beaudet wife of André of Fauquier and Lisette Dufour wife of Paul Gaudreault of Russell, two sisters; Anne-Marie Pelletier of Trois Pistoles and Jeanne Soucy of Cowansville, one brother; Benoit of Montreal as well as 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. The funeral service was held on Thursday November 15 at 10:30 am at the Immaculée Conception parish with Father Gilles Gosselin officiating. Interment followed at the Kapuskasing cemetry. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
