We regret to announce the death of Edward Scott on Thursday October 13th at the Sensenbrenner hospital at the age of 88. He is survived by his wife, Gertrude, one son, Ted husband of Carla of Iroquois Falls, two daughters, Sharron Johnston wife of Robert of South Porcupine and Nancy Stenobaugh wife of Barry of Lively, two sisters, Mabel Fox of Scarborough and Alice Koistinen partner of Ed Dillon of North Cobalt, two brothers, Robert husband of Marie of Barrie and Richard husband of Kerttu of Ancaster, as well as seven grandchildren, Karyn, sheryl, Scott, David, Colleen, Stacey and Timothy. He was pre-deceased by one daughter, Laurie, one son, Neil and four brothers, Keith, Aldred, Kenneth and Dennis. The funeral service was held on Monday October 17th at St Mark's Anglican church with Reverend Susan Best officiating. Interment followed at the Kapuskasing cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society or the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
