We regret to announce the death of Emilio Chartrand on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at the Sensenbrenner Hospital at the age of 91. He enjoyed fishing, playing Bingo and spending time with his family. He also served his country during World War 2. He is survived by his son, Simon husband of Nathalie Sylvain of Kapuskasing, two grandchildren, Janick and Maxim. He was predeceased by his wife, Monique, two brothers, Anatole and Roland. Emilio Chartrand will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Sunday June 24 from 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday at the Notre-Dame-des-Victoires church at 10:30 a.m. with Father Hervé Sauvé officiating.
