We regret to announce the death of Fernand Bourgelas on Thursday, March 1st at The North Bay Regional Health Centre at the age of 81. He is survived by his companion Madeleine Côté of North Bay, four children, Roland (Diane), Camillien, Mario and Murielle Bourgelas (Gaëtan Larochelle) all of Kapuskasing, the mother of his children, Annette Bourgelas of Kapuskasing, as well as four grandchildren, Adrien, Jonathan, Mélanie and Tammy, three great-grandchildren, Annabelle, Hayden and Axl. He was predeceased by one daughter, Marie Bourgelas, two brothers, Léon and Gérald Bourgelas, three sisters, Lina Roberge, Jeannette Lessard and Lilianne Bourgelas. A graveside service will be held at the Val Rita cemetery at a later date. As expressions of sympathie, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
