We regret to announce the death of Germaine Leclerc on Wednesday, February 22 at Extendicare Kapuskasing at the age of 88. She is survived by two daughters, Monique Aubertin of Kapuskasing and Estelle Payant of London, as well as six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur, one siter, Albertine Albert, five brothers, Paul, Francis, Cyprein, Georges and Arthur Dufour. Germaine Leclerc will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Wednesday from 7 – 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 1st at Immaculée-Conception at 3:00 p.m. with Father Gilles Gosselin officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Kapuskasing Extendicare Residents Fund would be greatly appreciated.
