We regret to announce the death of Gilles Perreault on Monday, February 20 at the age of 78. He served in the Korean conflict and was a member of the Golden Age Club. He is survived by his wife, Juliette, four children, Daniel of Moonbeam, Gisèle Thibodeau wife of Robert, Sylvie Oulton wife of Bradley of Thunder Bay and Alain husband of Carole of Ottawa, five brothers, Paul of St-Eustache, Maurice, Gérald, Michel of Val d'Or and Yvon of Geraldton, seven sisters, Jeannette St Amour of Rouyn-Noranda, Jacqueline Pépin of La Sarre, Rose Barbin, Pauline Lyrette, Denise Morrissette, Huguette Thibeault of Val d'Or and Gisèle Gingras of Montreal, as well as eight grandchildren, Alexandrea, Alysha, Samantha, T.J., Gabrielle, Kaelle, Kollin and Allison. He was predeceased by two brothers, Jean and Roland, one sister, Jeannine Cataford. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 25th at the Immaculée-Conception church at 10:00 a.m. with father Gilles Gosselin officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.
