We regret to announce the death of Ginette Bérubé on June 25, 2011 at Sensenbrenner Hospital Kapuskasing at the age of 54 years. She is survived 1 daughter: Valérie Bérubé friend of Brian Brooks of Metcalfe, 1 son: Joel Bérubé of Metcalfe; her friend: Edouard Parent of Opasatika; 1 sister: Linda Tremblay of Opasatika; 1 brother: Gérald Ayotte of Hearst; her father: Claude Ayotte of Kapuskasing. She was predeceased by her mother: Carmen Ayotte. Ginette enjoyed traveling, camping, snowmobiling and spending time with her friends. Ginette Bérubé will be resting at the Guenette Funeral Home on Thursday June 30, 2011 from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. The funeral service will be held on Friday July 1st, 2011 at St-Antoine-de-Padoue Church in Opasatika at 11:00 AM with Father Gérald Chalifoux officiating. Cremation was held at the Hillcrest Crematorium. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
