We regret to announce the death of Gérard Goulet on August 17, 2001 at the Smooth Rock Falls Hospital at the age of 76 years. He is predeceased by three brothers Léon, Philias, Paul, three sisters: Lianne, Louisette and Jeanne D'Arc. Gérard Goulet is survived by his wife Irène Goulet of Strickland, four stepsons: Denis Cloutier husband of Rachelle, Paul Cloutier husband of Solange, André Cloutier husband of Angèle all of Fauquier, Roger Cloutier of Strickland, two sisters: Marie-Ange Lauzon of Timmins, Marguerite Duguay of Montreal, four brothers: Fernand and Charles of Moonbeam, Rev. Jules Goulet of Vancouver, Réal of Montreal, 10 grandchildren, many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces. Funeral service was held on August 21, 2001 at the St Etienne Church in Strickland with Father Jean Morin officiating. Cremation followed at the Hillcrest Crematorium, Matheson. Donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
